Vision & Discovery
We translate your words into a design direction — mood boards, material studies, spatial concepts. Both Lei and Ivy contribute distinct perspectives, and we present how those perspectives will converge to shape your project.
Design Development
Detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, material specifications, and custom millwork drawings. This is where ideas become architecture — walnut meeting stone, soft light meeting dramatic shadow, the curated meeting the expressive.
Procurement & Craft
We source furnishings, fixtures, art, and materials from artisans and makers worldwide — vintage pieces alongside contemporary forms, rich stone beside layered textiles. Every specification is tracked, every custom piece overseen from workshop to site.
Construction Partnership
We work shoulder-to-shoulder with your architect and builder throughout construction — reviewing finishes, checking site conditions, ensuring the design intent carries through every trade, every decision, every unexpected discovery behind a wall.
